Germantown, TN kitchen & laundry room
This kitchen and laundry room renovation beautifully marries elegance and tranquility. While the kitchen layout remained largely unchanged, significant enhancements were made to elevate the space. Removing the soffits that once surrounded the kitchen created an increased sense of visual height, adding to the room’s openness. A nearby closet was removed and transformed into a charming coffee bar, perfect for morning routines. Additionally, an underutilized area was repurposed to include a convenient mudroom nook, showing how even small changes can make a big difference in how the space works day to day. The result is a harmonious blend of style and serenity, perfectly suited for a home that’s both sophisticated and ready for family life.

Interior Designer: Amy Smith with Warehouse 67 provided decorative lighting, window treatments, kitchen table/chairs, and laundry room wallpaper.
The adjoining laundry room was also reimagined with better storage, now featuring open shelves for easy access to laundry baskets and a tall cabinet for pool towels and other household storage.
