If you just need an expert eye to review your architectural or cabinet plans, this service is for you!
While hindsight is always 20/20, my goal is to help foresee potential challenges before they arise, ensuring your design is not only beautiful but also works perfectly for your needs.
- Meet at a local Germantown, TN coffee shop to review architectural plans or cabinet plans from your cabinet vendor. Sketches may be used in addition to the drawings but will not be accepted in lieu of architectural or cabinet drawings.
- $200/hr. with a 1 hour minimum
- One-time meeting with no additional follow-up, so be sure to take notes!
- Receive advise on the overall layout and cabinet or appliance placement. I will offer recommendations and other items to consider, answer questions about materials, as well as answer any specific questions you have.
Wondering what we would cover? Here are some examples of questions I have been asked:
- What size walkway space do I need?
- Is this the best place for the refrigerator?
- If I want to seat 4 people on the island, how long should it be?
- Where should I put the trash pullout?
- Should I put drawers or cabinets with roll-out shelves to store pots and pans?
- What is the difference between quartz and quartzite?
While specific questions are great, sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know! As we walk through the design layout, I will proactively provide any feedback or recommendations that I notice along the way. I will also recommend any storage needs that you may have missed. And give advice on any specifics to consider when selecting appliances for certain areas.
